normally, FFXI didn't paid over 3 month, POL a/c still exist for login....

or your POL a/c is wrong login or p/w ???

if over 3 month need to react FFXI, need to call related H/L for react...

if JP version.. need call JP and talk in JP

if EN version.. need call EN and talk in English...

though playonline website, serive and support, there is a part called web chat. this servie only exists in US and Europe playonline website
