that is the shortcut key setting in FFXI...
due to can't login to game.. can't give u the details... and i am using english version..

coz many ppl shoot out their items that they dont wanna to through away, by hitting the wrong key all the time...SE decided to cancel that Ctrl-D key for shooting
e.g. DRK shoot the att +12 ammo item, or Hole shoot that MP10 INT+1 ammo stone XDDD
now must use macro to shoot

u can set the shortcut key easily~~

in FFXI.. Ctrl = Alt .. so shortcut key for "D"
tonight go home will update the step here ga la...
u can also set many shortcut key like "I" for inventory~~

oh.. sorry yesterday night 1 online .. go jor test new version windower ... and up jor bst lvl ... after that .. go jor fix pt til server down ....
hehehehe... forget to post step.. 
btw.. as i remember, the setting hide in the config menu...
it could be like last 2 option... with the command for setting shortcut..
more details step will write asap.. ^^;
